Austin VanScoyk is a real estate project expert and serial entrepreneur with more than fifteen years of experience starting, growing, investing, and selling businesses across the Sun Belt. VanScoyk’s executive, real estate, development, agricultural, and construction teams have more than one-hundred years of collective experience which greatly benefits the developments actively being built, including single-family, affordable multi-family, energy, and agriculture.
VanScoyk has also worked on projects beyond real estate. One recent effort includes a network of hearing aid locations across the United States which focus on improving accessibility and reducing the cost of hearing aids. VanScoyk has also worked on education projects to reduce the rate of recidivism through higher education, with the ultimate aim of reducing the number of broken families and men in our prison system.
VanScoyk greatly enjoys finding solutions to pressing, intractable problems with hard work, resilience, and technology. He places an emphasis on learning from other industries and applying those lessons in new ways, something he has done with great success.
